Operation mode

The interface is divided into three stages: green (safe), yellow (attempting to leave), and red (leaving the bed without notifying healthcare personnel, indicating a high risk of falls). During the yellow stage, personalized voice prompts intervene to remind and instruct the elderly to stay in bed and wait for the caregiver to come.

Laser imaging will be displayed on the app and trigger an alarm during the red stage. Caregivers can instantly check through the app whether the elderly is in bed. If the elderly is still in bed, the caregiver can cancel the alarm, and LUNA continues to monitor and accompany the elderly, reducing the fear of elderly individuals feeling vulnerable. If the imaging shows that the elderly is not in bed, the caregiver can immediately contact and go to the elderly's location to offer help.
